I went into the registry & deleted all SD files and cleared cache and all temporary files on my pc. I downloaded Start11 and was and it worked. So, I am not sure what the exact cause was, but it works! It's so frustrating, but that's the wonderful world of tech!

I finally was able to get Start11 installed on my laptop. 😀

I deleted all my post regarding this. I don't want anything to give prospective SD customers the wrong idea. SD is a great company that makes awesome stuff. Just a bump in the road. Coffee Cup software had similar issues a few weeks back.n Take care, Brad!
