I serviced pinballs (and video games) back in the 80s. They are about as close to steam punk as you can get. Amazing machines, all of them.

That being said, still love your posts. I obviously didn't know her intent with the original post, and that's no reflection on you. I just wish folks would realize we don't have a "gun problem", we have a "mental health problem".
If people don't have guns, they'll find other ways, sadly.

The comment about "no one has suggested we stop selling guns to white men". To be fair, it could be interpreted either way, but I read it as she WAS suggesting we stop selling guns...

The Bath School Massacre, 1927, left 44 dead, and involved no guns.
You rarely hear about school shootings in China... since guns are so strictly controlled, most massacres are with knives or garden tools.

From my understanding, China is using tik-tok to harvest your data, whether it be personal information or location data.
That should concern you. Personally, I agree with the decision to ban it.
