Mr Walsh, I'd say it's 90% for the weather.
Canadian snowbirds don't go to Florida because they agree with the politics--they hate the politics, but put up with it for the warm weather. They go in the winter, and live in Canada for 183 days in the summer so they can keep their Universal Health Care
