A taste of some of the first class dining we had in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, from the Michelin-starred Zéphirine, Le Cent 33 – the first restaurant here to be given the EcoTable label, and Vivants (all in Bordeaux) to Restaurant l’Entrepote in Sarlat and Chez Paulo in Brive.
