Was it a fever dream or was there a really Hollywood film about criminal palookas in 1930s era Mississippi filled with ol’ timey music and based on Homer’s Odyssey? Amazing.

I’ve seen Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker a few times, but none as beautiful as the performance by the Joffrey Ballet. And setting it at the 1893 Chicago’s World Fair made the history buff in me even more delighted. Photos by Cheryl Mann. #joffreyballet #Tchaikovsky
