This is also why those in power have so vehemently attacked education for so long. An educated populace will hold their representatives to account. An under-educated one grows apathetic and distracted.

Ultimately leading to more suffering and pain for ordinary Americans. Make no mistake, this is an experiment in moving massive amounts of wealth from the middle and working classes to the ultra wealthy.

Homelessness is a policy choice. It is not a natural state nor should it ever be accepted as such. In a country as massively wealthy as ours, no person or family should ever be sleeping rough. Too often, they are victims of an insidious system which prioritises greed above all else.

Clearly there aren’t enough people struggling and on the streets. More pain = more gain (for the banks and lenders).

The game encourages you to be greedy, and to gobble up all the best locations, eventually allowing you to dictate terms, rents etc. I’m thinking the money means something personal to the adjuster, that it could be equal to the value UHG placed on a life that was close to him and did not pay out?

Privatisation is code for profitisation. It has been proven time and again not to be effective…for the ordinary person. It works wonders for the shareholders and profiteers, however!

Something has to be said of a system which is comfortable with pushing thousands of families into destitution in order to stay afloat. The problem is systemic, and needs to be addressed at its roots.

The RBA is busy making the banks wealthy beyond measure, driving many families to the brink. Meanwhile, the RBA Governor gets a nice pay rise of more than $100,000, ON TOP of her obscene $1 million salary. Bullock tells others to 'tighten their belts' while fanning herself with $100 bills.

There was a time when we would have listened and debated with goodwill. However, it’s hard to sit and talk with people who view my existence as worthless and that I ought not to have equal rights and privileges.
