When a photo says it all.

This image of Queen Elizabeth II giving a disapproving side-eye look at then-PM Pierre Trudeau during a visit in 1983 was taken by Peter Bregg of Canadian Press, who gave me a print years ago.

Just found it amid other art pieces — may have to get it framed!

During a recent trip to the UK, Her Honour the Honourable Edith Dumont, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario was received by His Majesty The King at Buckingham Palace and was able to meet up with Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh. 🇨🇦🇬🇧

The King and Queen have arrived for the annual Diplomatic Reception at Buckingham Palace.

The Prince of Wales can be seen behind Their Majesties. The Princess of Wales is not attending this evening.

I wonder if we will see the new Royal Family Order of Charles III on some other ladies at this evening's Diplomatic Reception. The Princess of Wales is not expected to attend otherwise I'd be sure HRH would be wearing it.

Fifteen years ago this month, I had the opportunity to see the King and Queen during their visit to Dundurn Castle in Hamilton, Ontario. The castle's builder, Sir Allan MacNab, was a 3x great-grandfather of Queen Camilla. 🇨🇦

Spotted in the #Yorkshire town of #Knaresborough last summer, a house built into the face of a cliff! As you can imagine, this was one of a few interesting properties on this street. Think of the savings when you only need to build a house with 3 walls! At least 25% off... 😆

First post on this new platform (to me). I'm not totally disillusioned (yet) with the one formerly known as Twitter, but I could be convinced if I find more who provide good content about Their Majesties and our Royal Family. 😊
