I've just been buying the wheat in bulk in a little hippie-type natural food store here that hasn't changed a bit since the 1970s. The wheat selection is a bit limited, so nice to have that other option, and thanks again!

I've been using it ever since! It looks like a 3-legged moon lander. It's a real workhorse, needing a minor repair only once. Following your suggestion, I'm going to try some hard white wheat too, as I've used only hard red winter wheat.

Looks delish! Thanks so much for mentioning the diastatic malt powder earlier! I too grind my wheat fresh using an electric mill I bought in the 1960s, making an overnight no-knead dough. The bread can be sliced wafer thin and hold together beautifully. Light, fluffy, full of holes.

CBD oil is also outstanding for seizures.

Especially for older dogs, I highly recommend organic CBD oil. Once they start taking it, it's like it takes years off their lives! Organic, from a dispensary, because hemp uptakes heavy metals when it's growing, and a pup doesn't need that, no way. Good-looking pup, BTW!
