We got 8 councillors on North Northamptonshire Council in Kettering wards (+5).

Not bad considering 2021 was our breakthrough year.

I will have a look to see what locations might meet their criteria. One near the underpasses would be a start but it has to be of benefit to cars... the safety of cyclists & pedestrians is not really a factor they consider. 🙁

NNC got back to me and I've added the locations of all 16 to this map. As you will see there are none in Danesholme!!!

Not sure why there are so few grit bins in Corby compared to Kettering & Wellingborough (we are not that different in size). Might explain why you haven't noticed any on your route though. Have done an FOI request to find the locations as you have made me curious.
