The US isn't contributing to overpopulation of the world. Nor the highest levels of stupidity, even with the evidence of Trump and gun violence. I've been around the globe and man, stupid people are breeding like crazy everywhere.

No, sorry. The US has not ratified the Rome Statute so the ICC has no justification. Without a world government, a sovereign must subject itself (and its people) by treaty.
