Thank you Senator Krueger for your leadership on this issue. It is time for @GovKathyHochul to sign the 100-ft rule repeal bill.
The "100-foot rule" forces all gas customers in New York to pay for their neighbor's new gas hookup, to the tune of over $600 million every year. I urge @governor.ny.gov to sign our bill to repeal this expensive subsidy and give New York ratepayers some relief. www.nydailynews.com/2025/12/03/1...
