It's glaze mixing day!

I really like how this mug came out. It also shows how we collaborate here at Greenbridge Pottery. I did the glazing and Becky made the mug and face. The glazing process is where I feel most able to express my own creativity.

One interesting fact about our red glaze, is that as it cools it gets brighter! Why? I have no idea, but I'm sure someone with a better understanding of glaze chemistry could explain it.

Some stuff I pulled out of the kiln this afternoon! I did all the glazing of these pieces.
