BOTW, I replayed on real Wii U hardware. TOTK I played for the first time on Switch. This was within the span of 2-3 months.

I haven't played the Switch 2 version of either, but it's ultimately up to you. However, if you don't want to experience extreme burnout, replay TOTK first. Words cannot describe the burnout I felt after beating both games almost back-to-back.
