As part of the interactive workshop, partners were assigned to work in sectors different from their own - academia, industry, government, local communities, and practitioner communities - pushing them out of their comfort zones. Feedback will be used for the project’s Need Assessment Tool. 📝

🌍Uniting 17 partner organisations from 9 #EU countries and the USA, GREEN TALENT plans to enhance professional development in the field, providing Green talents with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through group mentoring activities, job shadowing, and networking events.
