It is frustrating that they chose to exaggerate data to imply a handful of clinicians are responsible for a disproportionate number of Track 2 deaths.
in 2023, out of 2,200 MAID practitioners overall, a mere 89 were responsible for about 30 percent of all Track 2 provisions In 2023, Track 2 accounted for 622 MAID deaths in Canada—just over 4 percent of cases, up from 3.5 percent in 2022. 30% of 622 is 187 cases 89 practitioners being responsible for 187 cases is 2.09 cases each

JUSTICE GORSUCH, concurring. A century ago in the Insular Cases, this Court held that the federal government could rule Puerto Rico and other Territories largely without regard to the Constitution. It is past time to acknowledge the gravity of this error and admit what we know to be true: The Insular Cases have no foundation in the Constitution and rest instead on racial stere-otypes. They deserve no place in our law.

My baby plants on my tiny balcony garden are holding me together, too. I love pea tendrils and the way they grab and hold onto whatever they can.
Little pea plants’ tendrils wrapping themselves around a balcony railing, especially a plastic twist tie there to support the peas to get to the railing. Beyond the railing is a street intersection far below.

There are waits at libraries all over for the book and audiobook. That seems like it should count extra!
