Dem Socialist/Progressive. People over profit. Everyone does matter yet most ignore the history and hardships of marginalized groups.

Desperation leads to criminal behavior and poor choices. Poverty sucks.

Do the right thing, situations CAN be win/win!

Kash Patel is a coup ringleader. He was part of the Jan6 delay with Chris Miller. He was caught lying under oath in Trump's Colorado case. 2024 Election needs investigation.

You got to remember that Bill Barr who dismissed the Mueller report is the one that said having Kash Patel as only the deputy director of the FBI said "over my dead body"

We can’t understand the geography of capitalism in our present moment without seeing how these old industries overlap with the new.

"Two Towns" features an interactive map showing how ex-industrial towns were not “left behind” but actively made into havens for low-paid work.

And when it comes to being gifted that wealth the children of well off parents again benefit hugely, thus embedding the cycle of wealth.

They can by bigger, better homes, thus move less often.

The total value of financial gifts (overwhelmingly transferred from parents to children) has more than doubled from £13.1 billion in 2008-10 to £29 billion in 2018-20.

I’m sure many of us are looking at Musk and the enormous dangers when far too much wealth is held by one person and that person has control of key national and international assets (eg Starlink/ Space X) and is also bad actor high on his own arrogance.

“A few sit on unimaginable wealth whilst others own less than nothing”

I have been wondering since the revelations about the Royal Family wealth (& they are not even the wealthiest) whether the super rich get away with it in part because we literally cannot imagine what their wealth looks like.
