There will be a better day. Wanna know what helps me on tough days? Nice hot cup of tea. My go to is Twinings Lady Grey or Bigelow Constant Comment. I promise it helps. Sip it slow and just relax and let the warmth soothe the troubles away.

I have had all kinds over the years of my life and I have 4 favorites. Twinnings earl grey and their lady grey and then their Irish breakfast. And Bigelow Constant Comment. I love most all teas but those are my go to.
