#9 is a MAJOR milestone in ADA history - passage of the ADA Amendments Act in 2008. With this legislation, Congress provided extensive clarification for the definition of disability and solidified coverage for Americans with Disabilities

Milestone number 8 is another Supreme Court decision - PGA Tour, Inc. v. Martin - the first time the Court ruled that a professional sport organization was covered under ADA Title III - and had to reasonably modify its policy on the use of golf carts during PGA tournaments #ADA35
