It is insane that we use a language like "win" to frame any deal he makes. What exactly is the "win"? Other than a couple of ultra luxury cars, the 10% tariff remains in place. His trade policies remain a disaster.

The question needs to be asked to every Republican in Congress if they agree that the next Dem president can simply hold back and divert congressionally allocated funds as the president chooses.
