It's that time again for another progress update on the Dadale Network Route. The route is still being worked on and making slow progress. I have expanded the route further south of Dadale Station and have began work on Dadale MPD the main shed complex-

Happy Halloween everyone. 🎃 Been enjoying this day running with my model railway club on the Wickham Market layout at an event in Newmarket today for celebrating Railway 200. Here's the last video I did of the layout following a Derby DMU around the layout.

This morning was at the Friends of March Railway Station opening day at March Station where they had the old platforms open to the public. Me and my Dad went there to have a look and I was able to take some shots of the station platforms and former trackbed.

A late summer morning on the 22th of August 1986, and a Dadale Line Class 117 bearing it's KanEast Rail Dark Red and Yellow, orange lined livery stands at platform 1B at Dadale station waiting to depart with a service to Geadton in Stantonshire. The Class 117's where introduced by the Kaningdore Northeastern & Central Railway (KNE&CR) in 1960 to the Dadaleshire area of their network to work on commuter and regional services on their lines east of Dadale to with them being a common sight on many of their Dadale based services such as the Dadale to Trunwich, Dadale to Geadton, Trunwich to Nantwell among other services within eastern Dadaleshire that KanEast served with the units coming in either two to three carriage sets. The Dadale fleet of 117's would pass into Kaningdore Northern & Southeastern Railways (KN&SE) ownership in 1962 and then two years later in 1964 would fall under the ownership of KanEast upon the KN&SE's merger with the Northeastern Stirland and North Coles Railway (NES&NC). Their introduction along with Kaningdore Midland & West Coast Railways (KM&WC) introduction of the 101s on the western half of the Dadale Network in 1959 helped modernise and improve services in Dadaleshire and helped to replace many of the then steam locomotive hauled services in and out of Dadale with the carriages of these services being reallocated to Semi-fast commuter services such as between Geadton and Nantwell via Dadale and the remaining branch line services until the 117s also took some of those services over. The 117s would pass into Dadale Lines ownership upon them taking over KanEasts and WK Railways services within the Dadale area, by then the units were more than 26 years old and Dadale Line began looking to retire the fleet, with the 117s being replaced by the Class 156's on most lines with them remaining in service with DDL until 1992 with only nineteen of them ever receiving DDL livery with the rest remaining in KanEast livery right to the end.

From the counties of North and South Havenshire north of Dadaleshire is another major commuter train operator in the Kanton Railverse, Haven Metro Rail (Simply known as Haven Metro) owned by NHPTE, Haven Metros operates most of the services within both of the Havenshire counties as well as operate-
My reskin of a Class 150/2 in Havneshire Metro 1985-1995 Two-toned orange stripe and grey livery with the Orange with red H circle logo of the NHPTE with Haven Metro written on both sides of the unit.

Another reskin done, this time the Class 101 in the official Dadale Line livery that the class wear between Dadale Lines formation in 1986 until the classes final withdrawal from the fleet in 1997.

I've also expanded the baseboard to the former village and suburb of Little Crumby on the Trunwich line with it's long since closed station that in the 80s and 90s was used as a builders merchants with platforms overgrown and abandoned and crossing automated. Along with KNMS's Little Crumby Mail-

Time for me to do another update on the progress of the Dadale Network Route. Since my last update. A lot of progress has been made on the area around Dadale Station and the industrial estate. However, there is still work that needs to be done around the cathedral.

Well that was a nice day at the Llangollen Railway and around Llangollen, I had a nice time down by the river and watching the ducks, and that's another railway that is on my list of railways to visit.

After three months of art drought (still working on some new stuff that I'll post at some point) I've finally got one of my biggest illustrations for TFTTOH AofTDMU's chapter 3 done and it sure was a large one.

It seems that Danwood is having a nightmare right now about a disturbing future.
This is part of a nightmare that Danwood has where he finds himself alone in the middle of a post-apocalyptic landscape covered in a thick and very toxic endless smog that has completely covered the entire planet that has killed off most human and wildlife in a ruined industrial estate somewhere in a very motoring centric version of London that has been turned into a motoring metropolis that is completely covered with motorway bridges stretching miles across the city with many of them falling into ruin as they are collapsing. With Danwood standing on an overgrown old track in the middle of a dual-carriageway with the hulks of dead vehicles of futuristic looking designs he doesn't recognize standing silent and rusting all around him with their windscreen eyes having rotted away and replaced with empty voids showing their insides, with them lined up in a never ending traffic jam that stretches into the distance, with the skyline of London itself on the horizon with the skyline being dominated by very tall haunting dystopian looking skyscrapers that dwarf over everything around them with the tallest and largest of them being the HighwayStruct building directly in front of Danwood with it standing ominously into the sky above with the HighwayStruct sign glowing like an eye that is looking down from above over everything it towers over in an unsettling manner as if it is watching Danwood from a far, that is enough to strike a sense of unease into anyone who looks up at it, even Danwood himself was even unsettled by it as well as him being horrified at the devastation the smog has brought all around him.

Testing an old laptop for my dad with a current testing of the disk drive. With deciding to bring out an old favourite game of mine. Railroad Tycoon 3, I remember playing this game a lot back in the day, always having fun in the sandbox mode running trains and building my own railway network.

Also speaking of Thomas. I' am currently working on something for the blue engines 80th anniversary. However, will also tie into some minor lore of the 29A Universe on what happened to the TV series in the 29A timeline, and it involves a very particular movie your probably know the name of already.
