Who decides what constitutes 'professional success' - the company that doesn't want to pay the pension or the worker who wants it regardless ? Set some arbitrary targets like governments do ? And success over what period ? The 40 year employment span or the last few years ?

You choose to either have kids or not have kids:
- If you choose to have kids you are a bad person - the extra population and carbon cost of that.
- If you choose not to have kids then you are relying on someone else's kids to care for you in old age - bad person.

Everyone makes some choices for their own benefit. Anyone who claims every choice they make is entirely altruistic is a liar. To pick one choice made in self interest and use that to generically label a person as a bad person just means everyone is bad ergo everyone is just people.

If you are so delusional that you think that your life choices are entirely based on the needs of others then you are the problem. Everybody makes choices for their own benefit, they are not bad people, they are just people. Thinking you are morally superior because you are blind to your own harm.
