Oh this is absolutely amazing news, this makes me so happy for you, intuitive eating is such a healer, I wish it was promoted by our health care systems, it’s practically just how we are supposed to eat if we didn’t have society warp our minds about food and our bodies from such a young age 👏

Good luck with the intuitive eating nutritionist, I quit dieting nearly 5 years ago and intuitively eat but would definitely struggle if someone told me I had to restrict in any way, you’ve got this, you’ll figure it all out 💕
