Mostly Kansas. There's not a lot else for them there. Just Corn and Holes. See if you can make a better game out of it.

Volunteers, instead, are paired with druids who use their magic to let them experience the fear and agony of the animals being hunted, with the purposes of understanding the evil behind the necessity. It's rare for outsiders to volunteer, but not unheard of for those who are respectful. #DnDIdea #GM

However, to join the final hunt is not to join as a hunter. Only the most skilled druids and rangers prepare and cull the animal populations for the coming winter and spring.

As for the name? Well, the Orcish wisdom given to potential users puts it best: "You Swing, and then you Pop."

This weapon has been known to kill plenty of its own wielders, usually in a highly spectacular fashion. Still, this more of a feature than a drawback- as accidental suicide bombing still demoralizes foes, and an Orc who carries one into battle and lives earns respect of his tribe and allies.

Thus, with every strike, the orcs arm the berry as the primer, and disable it if they want to keep fighting. If not, upon later bursting, the berry will ignite the fluid in the head, and the entire weapon will explode into large masses of shrapnel and flame, inspiring terror amongst their foes.

If they become unable to expand further, due to too much volcanic debris above (or being wedged alone inside a weapon) they explode within five to fifteen seconds.. This gives other berries nearby the potential to push through debris together as early exploders clear the way or lighten the load.

The connection between mace head and haft is where the Orcish ingenuity really shines. In a small space between the two, berries from the plants of certain volcanic shores are wedged. These berries, when pressure is applied, will quickly start to expand to give themselves the space they need.

The bottom of the handle is sloppily counter weighted with blackened pieces of sharpened junk metal- metallurgic waste iron from countless other projects of war. This jagged (sometimes hooked) counterweight is useless for stabbing, but ideal for sticking into dirt or flesh when haphazardly flung.

If unable to reset the weapon before their enemies recover, or are otherwise overwhelmed or driven back, the Orc will inaccurately hurl the Swing-Pop into either their enemies or the ground before them before fleeing, relying on the unpredictable timing of the weapon to discourage foe's pursuit.

In battle, skilled orcs can drive men into the ground with a single blow, sending bloody spray into the air- in addition to shock and panic into the fallen's allies. However, after every strike, the Orc must swiftly stop and adjust the mace's head, making a popping sound as the explosive is disabled

The wood-like shrub, when caught alight in a forest fire, explodes in a puff of fluffy, fireproof seedpods, which eventually float down to seed new life in whatever fire has burned out in their absence. The orcs, however, have turned this idea of new life after disaster on its head.

In melee, Swing-Pops are weighty enough to crush through plate steel and the gooey gunk stored within the cavity of the mace head is a natural explosive derived from the same sturdy, fibrous plant that the mace's handle is constructed with.
