Work in progress, continued! Decided it was time to start experimenting with color when doing the shading. This design reminds me of water and the ovean, so I went with blues, greens and purples.

Thought I’d share a work in progress today - seems important to celebrate small victories as they come. This pattern, called ‘Chainging’ was hard to draw! Hopefully I’ll get the hang of it with some more practice. #zentangle #myart #procreate

I tried a few new patterns with this #zentangle, and I really love how it turned out! The drawing process felt very playful and organic - and I absolutely love how the “Flukes” pattern magically becomes dragon scales once I start shading!
