The Shadowrun games are very good (even the old SNES shadowrun game.) They manage to nail the gritty cyberpunk feel to the extent that the magic and elves etc don’t feel like they are diluting it.

You probably aren’t having the same problem I did, but unplugging my controller (I’m playing m+k) fixed my issue.

For some people it’s ok to miss treatment for a weekend, have you spoken to your doctor about that or tried that before? It wouldn’t be ok for everyone.
