The Thing was pretty good for this. Given the info the characters have, they make relatively sound decisions, and aren't immediately helpless when confronted with horrific circumstances.

My tinfoil hat theory is that this is very possibly Putin calling in a favor, so as to distract the US and European war machines, and shift focus away from Ukraine. If both the US and European countries stop aiding Ukraine so they can better defend themselves, Russia might be able to take Ukraine.

Favorite MTG memory is probably going back and forth with a friend, putting lethal damage on the stack and just hoping I had the bigger board to sacrifice to get the win. Gotta love red!
