The character originally meant for Masks: a New Generation, that's contingent on someone I knowing running the game. He could probably be adapted for other systems meant for super heroes.

Fearing this, Luca decided the fight the agents of the Hunger, other vampires. His goal is either to destroy the weaken the Hunger enough he doesn't need to fear replacement, or find a way to separate himself from the entity.

Being a vampire, Luca is tied an eldritch entity known as the Hunger. Every time he feeds on blood, he feeds the Hunger. While this gives him incredible powers, it erodes his Ego bit by bit being replaced by the Hunger's desires.
