All I'll say is that UnitedHealthcare had been fighting a ban in MN blocking for-profit insurers from their state bc private insurers have higher rates of coverage denials, *even when procedures and medications are covered under the policy*. www.healthcaredive.com/news/minneso...

The ban initially only affects UnitedHealthcare, which is the sole for-profit managed care organization with a Medicaid contract in the state.
