Thank you for this. More condo owners need to understand how ownership works and to get involved beyond paying their dues. Would have liked to see a condo director included - they have to work extra hours and tolerate abuse from other owners (e.g. the Vaughn victims) and they don’t even get paid!

Thank you for the gift article. Reminds why I cancelled my NYTimes subscription. Their reporting on disability/accessibility issues always seems to be at best passive-aggressive, and at worst somewhat antagonistic.
