The funny thing is in Japan the hardcore SD crowd are 40 year old men. Not 14 year old girls.
I do wish the Build shows stopped insisting women only want cute Gunpla. I know female Gundam fans who would be in tournaments fielding custom GM Snipers and GN-Xs.
