I liked it a lot my main criticism is they ended it too early. Yes the family issues were resolved but the impact of everything with earth space relations that would be affected by the events was tied up too quickly. Its the rare series that more is the fix.

Except when you need X% down the ability to bring the payment down does not solve the problem since nobody can save the down payment for housing valued as it is today.

They have to keep saying this ridiculous thing because so much investment is tied to real estate it could crash the markets if housing lost value. Retirement funds etc would collapse.

Looking at this again that wording sounds like a multiplayer solution stuff like get good, so its trying to make AI auto players that will account for a games meta. At what point will that kill multiplayer communities if people start getting rolled by bots playing under people's accounts.

If I recall correctly Nintendo was evil for proposing it as it was for babbys and was another example of them ruining games to court filthy casual players.
