Made 26 quarts of from scratch chicken dumpling soup yesterday, my mother-in-law really loves the soup, and us making it is a really big help to her.
Total ingredients were about $45, at deli prices this would probably be $200
Chicken was seared and braised, meat separated, bones pressure cooked.

Really maxing out my oven rack today. I've added some new equipment to the arsenal and now have 10 total lodge loaf pans, also added some stainless binder clips to hold the clamshell together.
Today's loaves are my first attempt at using a Yudane, which is a Japanese bread technique!

Final result from yesterday's big baking session, will be delivering these this week to friends and family!
Ended up waaaaay too hot in our house. The dough took 1.25 hours to mix up, 48 hours to ferment and 7 hours to bake all 26 at 450.

I'll miss you buddy, thankfully I'm a disorganized mess and over half of this stuff was not actually in the toolbox at the time, still sucks though.
