Was splitting my time between writing two very different novels with the idea that I could just work on the one that inspired me most in the moment, but right now I'm not having fun with either of them and guilt won't allow me to start another project. Is this common?

My office is drafty. Not for ascetic reasons, but because my skills as a carpenter are rudimentary and it used to be a barn. I'm listening to the winter wind carve through the walls and timbers and thinking a book would be a better companion than all these emails.
