You get them where you can. Notorious mobster Al Capone was brought in on tax fraud because that could be proven. The people harm was a legal grey area. The glade harm was easier to fight in court. I was just visiting family in Scotland and we had the craziest conversations about life in my country

We have to protect trans people. We have to protect those with the most significant disabilities. We have to protect people without paperwork. If we move the bar even one inch closer to those who believe they are safe, we've already lost. There's a whole poem about this.

Plenty of middle aged women were uncomfortable with certain aspects of society's transition (pun intended) to including trans people. Most talked about it with their kids and became more comfortable. It helped that their discomfort was never as strong as their desire to fight bigotry.

English speaking people don't agree on the pronunciation of that word. My British family says it so differently from how I say it that it would be reasonable to think they were different words.

I don't understand it either. All I can do is my best to mitigate the bad. And visit my Scottish family every so often to be inspired by what is possible
