That's what I think too. There have been several pictures that show something under his pant leg. I thought it was a catheter leg bag. Now I believe it is a leg brace. Also that boxey looking thing under his shirt on the rt side. Part of the brace? 🤔

From what I gather, it is complicated and depends on which side you are on. I had to look it up, but it appears to me that it is a bad thing if you are Russian or an authoritarian government in the making. The term seems to be Russian terminology.

Not only that, but now they are tasking the DC police to team up with the guard for "protection". The guard was sent there to "help control crime". Explain how diverting local law enforcement to "protection" detail will help reduce overall crime. The proper thing to do is remove the NG. Nonsensical.
