Need to stop right to buy, need to structure planning policies better re:land value & reduce admin burden for applicants and planning authorities in considering applications.

What I witnessed was Treasury saying 'reduce budgets' and Local Gov *holding its nose* salami-slicing its budget, year after year. Nothing works now. The oversight was non-existent & the Dept I saw didn't want to embrace austerity and so you got failure. Replicate that & we're doomed!!
