Fantastic Careers Week events last week... mock interviews, a session by CVS Falkirk and Falkirk Volunteering, and visits to FV College for Construction & Engineering, and Health & Social Care events. We also hosted a “Highlight on Humanities” session showcasing career pathways in social subjects.

The ASC Thursday Outdoor group have been volunteering at Muiravonside Country Park. They got stuck into activities including:
• Repairs to Steps and Paths
• Tree Planting
• Preparing old farm machinery for paint
• Building Animal enclosures

A great time at our S1-3 Halloween Disco last night 🎃 Some gruesome fancy dress on show 😱 and some eye catching moves on the dance floor in the (not so) silent disco 🕺💃 Big thank you so the School Captains and Prefects for running the disco💛🖤

Our annual Music Competition took place on 6th October, and once again it was an outstanding success. All pupils performed to a very high standard and were wonderfully supportive towards one another. A big thanks to Mrs Glen for organising this and the School Captains for hosting the evening.

Yesterday, we held our annual YPI Launch assembly with our new S5. A big thank you to last year's winning group who shared their experience, including presenting at the National Ypi Final. Also to Lyn Raynal from YPI for sharing the value and benefits to both our pupils and local charities.
