I had the "Sage's beard of wisdom" down to my chest for a +5 int boost for close to 7 years. Then I got cursed with a new med that made it too hot, so I had to swap to the "Fatherly advisor" it only has +2 int but +5 to both charm and wisdom.

They are so GOOD at that. I'm pretty sure Tiger is going deaf, as his only volume is happy purr, tiny squeak or SCREM. He likes to lay on a pillow next to us and just yell for pets, then as I'm all awake again he starts snoring. Here he is snuggling with his baby void sister Gaia.
