It depends on what he is using, try ComfyUI. With SDXL models you need to set the clip-skip, with Flux you need lora's and Chroma has no NSFW filter.

Valheim is one of the best survival games i've played.
And Conan Exiles is a very good game, your character can be completely naked !!
It looks very realistic, definitly one to try (if you haven't played it already).
I don't have that much time to play myself.
