I’m struggling to understand why the council are not giving a direct answer, given that it’s already been stated in full council this was a mistake in capitalisation in an answer to a question. Unless there is more to share this feels like a molehill sized mountain, but the headline is out there now

Our feeder ride down through the #EastBristolLiveableNeighbourhood was equally lovely. This 100% wouldn’t have been the safe and lovely ride it was without the traffic filters. Streets for kids! 🖤EBLN

Lots of great examples of delivered schemes in the UK.
He makes clear that network level planning means LTNs or whatever you want to call them are ESSENTIAL. You can't deliver everything via bike lanes.
