Well, that's your interpretation. Your example of tx being the second highest vote for H isn't comparable. tx has 30M+ people its the second highest populated state. NY has just shy of 20M. of course tx is going to come out higher, however, T got more votes in tx than any other state.

Entire country? They didn’t even win the majority vote. But yea if you voted for this mess then you can own it. I hope everyone gets out of the floods in TX and SC but let’s face it if all the cuts didn’t happen maybe there wouldn’t be as many deaths.
