Absolute shame, though I will say the content of the article was true. I used to run DoorDash and the only thing drivers get is a base $3 flat rate for the delivery plus whatever tip they leave. Any other gratuity on an order goes right to HQ and the drivers sees none of it. Broken clock, etc.
