Guess the $90 million in 2015 wasn’t so bad then? Ever time a push back or pause is done whether it’s unsuccessful court challenges, COVID or whatever -costs go up - as they do with EVERYTHING. The majority have waited long enough to have this built.

Instead of playing to the hands of a couple of hundred chronic complainers -he should realize he is also answerable to tens of thousands of residents who have been waiting a very long time for the PAC to become a reality.

He should have been “adequately prepared” when he first filed the suit. His lack of funds should not drag this out for others involved. Maybe just stop filing suits buddy.

Honestly! Does he do ANY city business to earn his wages? He spends all his time in court, filing police reports & taking advice from ill-informed people.

So they don’t want taxpayers to have to spend money on long overdue facilities… but they want us to pay for mounting legal costs on suits that never needed to be filed in the first place by themselves & the Mayor?
