While no major changes in #GutMicrobiota or #cardiovascular parameters were observed, this research lays the groundwork for future studies on the health benefits of microgreens.

The crossover study found that consuming either 2 cups of 'bull's blood' beet or red cabbage microgreens daily for two weeks was feasible and well tolerated.

Interestingly, the analysis indicated that consumption of red cabbage microgreens may improve gastrointestinal symptoms.
