I fixed some things
- no waiting for the elevator in dungeons with 2 of them
- knives work correctly in the air while while falling or jumping
- dialog skip button skips to the fully written line first

I was fixing physics bugs for 3 days straight. There probably isn't a lot of sense in posting penny not being catapulted into low orbit.

I fixed the dash ability. It has new animation and works better with changing hitbox.
