According to the DC Bar, there is nothing that discredits the legal profession or tends to undermine the administration of justice, when a lawyer employed by the federal government to prosecute immigration cases makes repeated public statements vilifying immigrants. For shame.

I’m curious, I made a complaint as well (not knowing about yours), and I received correspondence this morning saying that they had closed it because they found nothing that they consider a potential disciplinary violation.

A few weeks into the session, Texas legislators are already lining up to oppose human rights and dignity. HB 3817 would make it a felony to present yourself to govt / employer other than as the sex you were assigned at birth. Trans people are being terrorized. Show up & speak up for them!
