Caramelized onion focaccia is my new favorite! Crazy considering it’s only the second flavor I’ve made, but folding the onions into the dough made it a lot more flavorful.

I’m think of doing some sweet versions next, maybe banana bread or apple crisp inspired?

Second pan of focaccia turned out just as nice as the first.

Still roasted garlic and rosemary, but I also added some fresh cracked pepper. Now I need to make more garlic confit because I’m about to put that shit in everything.

Made sandwiches with steak, fresh mozzarella, tomato, arugula, and garlic aioli for dinner. So good I forgot to take a photo 🤤
