Hi Regina, I've been participating in PWF and asked a question that now appears to be gone. At any rate, I'm wondering if I can ask you since you use oil sticks a lot in your work. Jodi used encaustic over them and is that ok? I thought oil stick was for a final layer. Really appreciate your help!
