MSU with great pressure and a flurry of chances on the power play. Nothing gets in, but MSU leads Penn State 1-0 here in the first period of a chippy game, already on its third penalty.

MSU wins at 2:39 in OT on a goal by Tiernan Shoudy. All the big names on the ice and, like so often, MSU’s fourth-line center comes through.
