Evisceration by the right wing press barons is nothing to be feared. Use the majority to eliminate foreign press ownership, tighten up penalties for telling outright lies and be rid of them. Ignore them and demonstrate the progress before the next GE.

Depends on his replacement. Someone not trying to tightrope walk along the centre, compromising with greedy corporations sucking out profits instead of investing and who didn’t support genocide or try to appease racist voters would, I believe be a giant stride towards making us all better off.

What’s bad for the country is continued private profiteering of our vital infrastructure resulting in soaring living costs and disastrous pollution, and the involvement of US right wing tech companies lobbied for by Mandelson in the privatisation by stealth of the NHS.

If he fired his close advisors and acknowledged their stupidity he might yet survive.
